Governance
The governance of the PEPR Future Networks relies on four complementary bodies: a Steering Committee, a Scientific and Technical Committee, an Executive Committee, and an Operational Committee. Each of these bodies plays a specific role in guiding, coordinating, and supporting the program. The following sections provide a detailed overview of their missions and how they operate.
The Steering Committee (COPIL) of the PEPR defines the program’s major strategic directions. Comprising representatives from partner organizations and the relevant ministries, it determines the thematic areas, calls for projects, approves budgets, evaluates the work, and ensures compliance with contractual commitments.

The Scientific and Technical Council (CST) of the PEPR Réseaux du Futur is an advisory body responsible for providing external and expert insights on the program.
Alongside the Operational Committee, it brings together national and international scientific figures, industrial representatives, and experts from public and institutional organizations. Chaired by Emmanuel Dotaro, it ensures a diversity of perspectives and supports the PEPR in its strategic, scientific, and technological orientations.

The Operational Committee (COMOP) is the body responsible for day-to-day institutional management. It brings together representatives from the main partner organizations as well as the coordinators of the targeted projects.
